New Clients

When you schedule an appointment, that hour is reserved for you.  Unlike medical providers, therapists only schedule one client per hour.  When proper notice is not provided, other clients who may have wished to be seen during your time slot are not given the opportunity to do so.  Therefore, 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.  If less than 24 hours notice is provided, a cancellation fee will be incurred.

Use your Onpatient client portal account to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.  If you are a current or former client and have not yet received an invitation to my new client portal, please send me an email to request an invitation.

Use the form below to email me regarding a request for a new client appointment.  Please be sure to indicate the reason you are seeking therapy and your current insurance coverage.  After your request is received and approved, you will be emailed a link to my online scheduling system to schedule your first visit.  For your first appointment, please be sure to bring your photo ID and insurance card.  I also keep a health/flexible spending or credit card on file for payment of any copays or missed appointment fees.  PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING EAP REFERRALS.
